Merge, reorder and clean up PDF pages
Updated October 29, 2026
A real document rarely comes out of one scan: a contract from one file, an annex from another, a sideways page in the middle and two blank ones at the end. Four small tools fix all of that, in this order.
Each step runs in your browser and hands the file to the next tool with one click, so you never download and re-upload in between.
1. Merge the files
Drop every PDF on the merge tool in the order you want them. Drag to reorder the files, then merge. Fonts, links and bookmarks inside each file are kept; nothing is re-rendered.
2. Reorder, rotate and delete pages
Open the result in the organize tool: every page shows as a thumbnail. Drag pages to move them (or use the arrows), rotate the sideways ones, mark blank or duplicate pages as removed, and apply. The thumbnails are rendered on your device.
If only the rotation is wrong across a whole file, the rotate tool does it in one go, for all pages or a range.
3. Pull out what someone else needs
To send one chapter, use split: a page range like 5-9, or every page as a separate file. The pages keep their quality and the new file carries only what you chose.
4. Make it light
Finish with compress if the file is going by email or chat. Scans shrink a lot; born-digital PDFs barely change and the tool tells you when it kept the original.
Tips
- Name the files 01-, 02-, 03- before dropping them: they arrive in that order.
- Rotation is saved as a page attribute, so it is lossless and reversible.
- A removed page is gone from the new file only; your original is untouched.
Questions
- Does merging change the quality?
- No. Pages are copied as objects; images and text inside them are byte-identical.
- Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
- Yes: the tool asks for the password and removes the protection on your device before merging.
- Is there a page limit?
- Files up to 200 MB work; a 500-page document is handled routinely.
