Organize PDF pages
See every page as a thumbnail, drag it where it belongs, rotate or remove it, and download the new file. The PDF stays on your device.

How it works
- Drop a PDF or choose one; every page appears as a thumbnail.
- Drag pages (or use the arrows) to reorder, rotate them, remove the ones you don't need.
- Apply and download the new PDF.
When this tool is the right one
Reach for it when a scan came out in the wrong order, a cover needs to move to the front, a blank page slipped in, or one landscape page sits sideways in a portrait document. You see every page as a thumbnail and fix the whole document in one pass, without opening a desktop app. If every page only needs turning, Rotate PDF is quicker; if you want to pull some pages into a separate file, Split PDF does that in one step.
The tool takes one PDF at a time, up to 200 MB. Long documents are fine: thumbnails are drawn one page at a time, so a 300-page scan opens on a laptop and on a recent phone, and you can open any page large to check it before deciding what to do with it.
Working on many pages at once
Select all, odd or even pages, or type a range like 3-10, then rotate, remove, duplicate or move the selection to a position in one go. Odd and even selection is the fix for a duplex scan where every second page is upside down. You can also insert a blank page, add the pages of another PDF at the end, reverse the whole order, and undo or redo any step before you apply.
What changes in the file and what does not
Pages are copied as they are: fonts, images, links inside a page and text you can select all stay intact, and the new file is about the same size as the old one minus the pages you removed. Because the file is written anew, a certificate-based digital signature will no longer validate; sign after organizing, not before. Everything runs on your device, so the document is never uploaded.
Why people use it
Free, no account
Every tool is free, with no sign-up, no e-mail address and no limit on how often you use it.
Your files stay on your device
The browser opens the file and processes it in memory, on your device. Nothing is uploaded, so nothing can be kept, leaked or looked at.
No watermark
The result is yours as it is: no watermark, no branding, no trial version.
Any device
A phone, a tablet or a computer with a current browser is enough: no app to install, no software to update.
Works offline after the first visit
The browser keeps the pages and their engines, so a tool you have opened once keeps working without a connection.
Open-source engines
The code that does the work is open-source software, named on the Licences page, running as WebAssembly in your browser.
Why it is private
Everything you type or drop here is handled by your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. To verify, open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and use the tool: you will see no request carrying your data.
While a file is being processed, the counter under the result shows the page's network traffic: 0 requests and 0 B for your data.
How to check it yourself, step by step
What you can check yourself
Open your browser's developer tools on the Network tab before you drop a file: while the tool works you will see no request carrying your data, and the counter under every result shows the page's own measurement.
The site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Anonymous usage counts and error reports without file names are the only things that leave the page, as the privacy policy describes.
Every change goes through thousands of automated tests in three browser engines, including a guard that fails a test if a single byte of a file leaves the page.
Frequently asked questions
- Does reordering change the quality?
- No. Pages are copied as they are, with their fonts and images; nothing is re-rendered.
- Can I delete pages and keep the rest?
- Yes: mark pages as removed and only the kept ones go into the new file. A removed page can be restored before you apply.
- What about password-protected PDFs?
- Enter the password when asked; the file is decrypted on your device with qpdf and never leaves it.
- How large can the file be?
- Up to 200 MB. Thumbnails are rendered one page at a time, so even long documents open fine.
- Can I reorder PDF pages on my phone?
- Yes. On a phone the thumbnails are smaller, so use the arrows under each page or the Move selected to position field instead of dragging. Nothing needs installing.
- Can I add pages from another PDF?
- Yes. Add PDF appends the pages of a second file at the end; then move them where they belong. To join whole files in order, Merge PDF is simpler.
- Can I duplicate a page or insert an empty one?
- Yes. Duplicate copies the selected pages right after themselves, and Insert blank page adds an empty page of the same size, for notes or to keep double-sided printing aligned.
- Does it work with scanned PDFs?
- Yes. A scanned page is an image, and it is moved, rotated and removed exactly like any other page. The scan is not re-compressed.
- Can I rotate only one page here?
- Yes. Each thumbnail has its own Rotate 90° button, so a single sideways page can be fixed while the rest stay as they are.
Install it as an app
Chrome, Edge and Android browsers offer to install this site from the address bar or the menu; on iPhone use Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens like an app, keeps working offline and still processes everything on your device.
